From I-95/128 southbound
- Take exit 31B onto Routes 4 and 225 towards Bedford. Stay in right lane.
- Go 0.3 mile. At first traffic light use the right turning loop to turn left onto Hartwell Ave.
- Go 1.3 miles and turn left onto Wood Street.
- Go 0.3 mile and turn right at Wood Street Gate to Lincoln Laboratory
From I-95/128 northbound
- Take exit 30B onto route 2A. Stay in right lane
- Go 0.4 mile. Just past the entrance to the Sheraton Lexington Inn on your right, turn right onto Mass Ave - opposite Minuteman Tech.
- Go 0.4 mile and take your first left onto Wood Street, just before the bridge over I-95.
- Go 1.0 mile and turn left at Wood Street Gate to Lincoln Laboratory
